The Spartan Workout Tour is a free training session designed to help participants prepare for the Spartan Race. These workouts are inspired by the exercises performed by the ancient Spartans. They often include strength, endurance, flexibility, and coordination exercises, as well as obstacles that test participants&#x27; abilities. Spartan-experienced trainers lead the workouts and help participants adjust to their fitness level. Each participant receives a FREE T-shirt and a Workout Tour Wedge.
